100 % refund minus $100 penalty fee – Anytime prior to registration deadline of December 3, 2009.
50% refund minus $50 penalty fee: Anytime between closing date and 2 weeks prior to the event.
No refund: Anytime between 2 weeks prior to and the actual event.
